Faith250: The New Colossus

Join us for an afternoon of conversation with neighbors from many faith traditions across Prince William County. MPC is part of a local Faith250 cluster, a multifaith series that reads together some of the texts that have shaped American life.

This session centers on “The New Colossus,” the Emma Lazarus poem written to help fund the Statue of Liberty’s pedestal, with its famous words of welcome. Congregation Ner Shalom in Woodbridge is our host. No preparation needed: come curious. All are welcome to join in the conversation.
