Lisa FaustLisa Faust became part of the MPC staff in September 2007 as the Financial Administrator. She attended George Mason University where she obtained a BA in Interpersonal Communications in 1984.  Upon graduation, she worked as an assistant to the store comptroller at Woodward and Lothrop.  Having the mind of an entrepreneur, she left Woodies and opened her own bookkeeping and building permit service from 1984-1992.  During this time, she also helped run a successful masonry business.  Lisa joined MCR, a small women owned company back in 1992 and was VP of federal sales for the next 15 years.  She also wore the hat of Financial Administrator.  Lisa has Multiple Sclerosis and at that point was advised by her doctor to seek part time employment.  After many hours of prayerful consideration, Lisa was determined to seek employment working with her love of people and numbers in a nonprofit environment.  Lisa claims that being the Financial Administrator at MPC is a perfect fit and she is grateful and honored to work for such a caring and wonderful congregation.

Lisa is a life-long United Methodist and has attended Morrisville UMC since 1996 in southern Fauquier County.  She is currently the Finance Chairman, a member of the Joy Circle and Nominations and does much of the print and radio advertising for the church activities.

Outside of MPC, you can literally find Lisa walking thousands of miles yearly! She walks 3 miles daily in her neighborhood and participates in various walks such as Walk for MS, The Color Run, The Kidney Foundation, Color in Motion, ALS, Alzheimer's, Walk in the Dark for suicide prevention, Relay for Life, Stomp Out Stickle Cell, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and many other worthy causes.  In her down time, Lisa enjoys gardening, reading, attending various theatre and musical venues and hanging out with her family and friends.  She lives in Woodbridge with her husband, Tom, son Stephen and a menagerie of pets.
